Here are some of the more frequently asked questions we get about our fine art photographs. Have another one? Don’t hesitate to email, text, or call!

*How much is shipping?

We’ve made it easy by including shipping to anywhere in the US and tax in our prices- the price you see listed for each size/material is what you’ll pay. 

*Do you ship internationally?

We sure can! Please contact us for a shipping quote.

 

*What is your return policy?

All of our pieces are custom printed to order. As such, once the order is printed and shipped, we do not offer refunds or returns. 

 

*What if my piece is damaged in shipping?

In the rare event that your art is damaged in shipping, please contact us right away for a replacement. We will need photos of the damage, packaging, and label. 

 

*How do I care for my art?

We recommend occasional dusting with a damp microfiber cloth, followed by drying also with a microfiber cloth. You can also use a product called Brillianize for Acrylic and Aluminum pieces. Never use cleaner with alcohol or ammonia!


*Can you print in other sizes or ratios than what is listed?

That depends on the size you are wanting and the photo- we’ll do our best to meet your needs! Please contact us for custom sizing options and pricing. 

*Where are you located?

We live on Kauai and are based out of Koloa. All of our photos were taken around this island, since 2006. We currently sell in person as vendors at the Grand Hyatt Kauai in Koloa and Royal Sonesta in Lihue. Please see our Contact page for the most up to date schedule.
